I give you the

M1871/88 Dutch Beaumont-Vitali , this one was made in 1872
11x50r ( this is basically 45-70 trapdoor performance round 1300-1350max fps )

100% matching, perfect patina, one pinhead sized spot of pitting under the rear sight. Bayonet don't match but that's almost the norm.
Still has the King Wilhelm III cartouche intact on the stock. Bore is strong, a little dark.

the rear sight marks are upright on the left and marked upside down on the right side for left handed shooters.



I do plan on shooting this one with very very low pressure black powder loads.. probly in the neighborhood of 700fps.


It was dirt cheap too. Can't beat that.
