....for causing air pollution for much of the eastern US.
Their wildfires are sending smoke pollution eastward and contaminating our air.
There are two reasons this lawsuit is appropriate:
1) California is a state that is so gung-ho on environmental laws, regulations, and controls that they are smothering everyone in the state with insane laws concerning how the environment is more important than people; and,
2) Since CA has a great number of insane, tree-hugging, environmentalists, who have prevented controlled burnings of older forests (some of these forests need to be, periodically, burned to get rid of the dead undergrowth and some of them need small fires to germinate some types of pine trees), it is only fitting that states, east of CA, sue CA for letting their forests get into such a condition that wildfires, like the ones we're seeing now, are possible.
They've let their forests get to a stage where when fires like this get started, they, rapidly go out of control and spread to other areas.
So, in conclusion, not only should other states sue CA, but those CA residents who've lost their homes should launch a class action suit against them, too.
It's time to start holding CA responsible for their actions that affect others.
