Just wondering before I buy something.
Just wondering before I buy something.
Quite a few years ago.
.......'Prolly about 4 or 5 years ago.
I had no problems though, FWIW.
Here's to pussy and gunpowder. One to live for, the other to die by.....Goddamn though, I do love the smell of 'em both !!!
I have one of their lower recievers and I stripped my M&P lower to see if everything went in well. Nope, the magazine button did not fit where it is supposed to. Looks like I can dremel it to make it fit when I end up buying a lower parts kit.
never had an issue.

I bought a Mosin at their store. No problems, but one weird thing happened. I called a buddy to tell him they had a bunch of Mosins at a good price. The dude working the counter told me no calls. When I asked why he said to prevent straw sales. I thought that was hilarious.

Let the buyer beware.

Just purchased a 91/30 Mosin at their store the other week. Paid $79.00 cash for it, including a bayonet, Russian sling and ammo pouches. Also bought some really cheap 7.62x54 copper-washed milsurp ammo to feed it.
Took it home and stripped it down, cleaning all of the cosmoline out of the barrel and bolt. It's been rearsenaled, of course. Mirror-bright bore, beautiful Russian-red varnish on the stock, really a clean piece. Took it out to Kingsbury range two days ago and ran 40 rounds through 'er. Shot beautifully. I'm a happy camper.
Btw, the guy behind the counter told me they've got 5 thousand of these MNs in stock.
Thank You for the info.
Bought over 2K in 5.45 for the best price around at the time. Quick shipping no problems.
250 dollars for a Yugo 8mm mauser ! wow thats a deal ! i bought my german ww2 k98k for 320 dollars on my birthday about 3 years ago.... cant beat 8mm.... when loaded to euro specs i heard its on par with a 30-06 round nice !
I stay as far from that place as I can, and I live in the area. Forbid if anything ever breaks or arrives broken; you will fight for months trying to get a refund coupled with nasty emails. They also tend to sell "out of stock" items and scream when you want a refund when they tell you it'll be 8-10 weeks to get your item. They have a few decent deals on some things like ammo; but myself and almost everyone I know go elsewhere. As the previous poster said - Buyer Beware. They can be pretty rude in that place.
Yep, they burned their bridge to my wallet 15 years ago. I will NOT buy from them.
I ordered some items when I was a dealer. One was defective. Called and got an RMA and I had to pay shipping back. Even though the RMA # was clearly on the box, they refused the package then it came back to me. I called and they said send it back we'll pay the shipping this time, we will refund the shipping on this return. Time passed, new package showed up and the same broken item was inside, though in a new box and they never refunded any shipping. Piss on em! Hell will have to frezze solid before they get one cent of my money ever again.
Muzzle on the barrel counter bored back into the barrel an inch or two to restore sharp rifling. Many a Mosin rifle from Russia has been done this way, especially 1938 model short rifles. Their steel cleaning rods f-ed up the rifling so the armories would do this to try and restore sharp rifling at the muzzle end of the barrel. Forced matched refers to the Russians useing an electro pencil engraver to put the receiver SR# on all the parts of the weapon.
