Another gun that was on my bucket list has been acquired... PSL-54

So I made the mistake of going to the Fun Show this weekend... and as I walked around I ran across a NIB, 2018 Cugir Manufactured, PSL-54 with the Optic (Russian in this case) for $1700.00. I thought about it for awhile before finnaly jst saying "Screw it" and I picked it up. It is fantastic shape and absolutely beautiful rifle...

Anyway, I have always wanted one but every time I find one it is either...
    A) Beat up
    B) A kitbash
    C) WAY Overpriced
    D) A Combo of the three

I know it was pricey.. but I figure for a NIB Cugir Built example with all the fixins?

    Why not?

That is another one of those that I wish I didn't let get away.

Beautiful looking rifle! Congrats on checking one off your bucket list!

There once was a time when I would have opened this thread and laughed at that price.

    Not anymore!
Great buy, I sold mine and have been regretting it ever since. On the lookout for the PSL and Romanian RPK to put in my collection and both of them are through the roof.

    Nice Rifle!

    I know, man! Ugggh...

I hmmmd and hawwed over it for awhile. There were other PSL's at the Fun Show but they were $1800 Bucks too and they were either US Made Kit Bashes or non matching older units.

This one being NIB and a 2018 Cugir Build? I was like... DAMNIT. So I looked them on on GB and the price was right (For today's Prices). I figured if I didn't buy one soon I would probably never get the chance to buy one again, at least not in this condition.

Add to it that my arsenal lacks any type of Scoped rifle at the moment and I was like... SHIT... "Wrap it up".

I missed the Boat on a Real Dragunov/Tiger/NDM-86... So GIANT OVERPRICED AK it is. lol
