Why do I fear this will be a short lived victory?

Yeah in the meantime the 9th circus court ruled that ANY carry in public can be denied affecting the the districts that clown court controls in direct contravention to Heller. Saw that too, And Roger I agree with you. They're pushing on killing the filibuster and watch out. Even if the SCOTUS intervenes instead of throwing the 2nd under the bus when the AWB and confiscation is ordered, they'll merely pack the court. But potato head is a "uniter" he wouldn't start a second civil war......

    Guerrilla Gun Guide

    Anyone else get this offer?
It's limited time so not sure the link is good but more info there
    https://secure.patriotwholesaleclub....02a7f5abd30693

I don't plan to order it says free but with shipping and fee's you know the drill and then you're on a mailing list

First I've heard about the 2000 fps

    or this

04/01/2021, but new firearm confiscation laws have been activated in 24 states.
These laws are known as “Red Flag” confiscation laws.
    .......................
With a stroke of his pen, Joe Biden may soon make many guns you already own ILLEGAL in an instant.
All it takes is one Executive Order.
    Who should be worried?
    Anyone who owns...

Modern assault rifles (AR-15, AR-308, etc.)
Guns with high-capacity magazines (10 rounds or more)
Any firearms with muzzle velocity over 2000 fps
If you own any of these, you'll only have 2 choices:
Register those guns in Biden's new Nationwide Firearm Registry. OR...
Allow the Feds to "buy back" those guns.
Thankfully, there's still 1 guaranteed way to keep your guns safe.
Just "disappear" your guns using these secret gun law loopholes.

    .................
If anyone is familiar already are the loopholes any good or just a come on to get the book
For peace of mind, resign as general manager of the universe

I am sure someone is trying to sell a book.

Wonder how much blood will fill the streets if Biden pushes through national registration, and no one registers? Calls for a "buy back" of something they never sold in the first place and nobody offers their firearms for sale? The next illogical step would be Biden leading the national police force to your house to remove your constitutionally legal firearms?

When people say it is time to bury your firearms, it really is the time to dig them up. I truly hope and pray it never comes to that.

    National police force???

Back in Shakespeare's day, the phrase was, "First thing we do, we kill all the lawyers". It's a bit misleading these days as "lawyer" meant something very different in Shakespeare's time.

In that day and age, only the King's prosecutors were allowed to be lawyers...there were no defense attorneys, no civil case attorneys...no attorneys at all as we think of them today...they were the King's mouthpiece at the courts, not to be contravened, what they declared to be the facts where what the judge ruled on...a system that could be said to be as corrupt as what we have today in our courts.

In this day and age I think that sentiment should be rephrased...

The first thing we do, we kill all the journalists!

If we get forced into a civil war, I predict commie "journalists" will be high on the enemy list.
